WIT MOLD knows that the mold design is the most important criteria in the proper functioning of tooling and mold fabrication. Regardless of the simplest or most complex projects, we never compromise on our mold design criteria.
Our mold design and engineering services are available to assist customers with our mature tooling development processes including DFM analysis, mold flow analysis, structural analysis and process analysis. Besides, we adopt cutting-edge software i.e. Unigraphic, Pro-E and CAD to deliver designing services tailored to each project.
The innovative design ideas come from WIT MOLD’s engineering team of seasoned designers who have more than 10 years experience in the field. They have the ability to read English, so that they can accurately understand customers’ requirements. In addition, they are familiar with North American and European standards such as DME, HASCO, MEUSBURGER, etc.
At WIT MOLD, we are large enough to work on designing over 30 sets of complex molds monthly.
